Digital Jersey Annual Review

This morning I attended Digital Jersey’s annual review that saw the team take a novel approach and make full use of the Cineworld venue by showing a film.

The hour-long movie showcased the highlights from 2023 including mention of the successful launch of Impact Jersey when we got a mention.

As an update, following our successful grant application, we have reached the first milestones of our 3-phase project and are moving on to the next stage. - More news / updates will follow.

Our aim working with Environment Systems, Triage and Doug Wanstall is to create a 'living map' of Jersey, demonstrating its current carbon storing and future carbon sequestration capabilities.

Based on data collected, the Island will be able to finally make informed decisions. - Measure, report, verify. This will enable future benchmarking against land use change as well as climate change and the part that sequestration plays.
